Still more drearyness today, but at least it's warmer!

Don't forget to set your clocks back this weekend!

I went out to do chores and one of my does were hopping around with a wad of hay in her mouth.. I put her nesting box in with her and this morning she had a bunch of fur in the nest. Should have a new batch of kits in the next few days!

A little before my time...but I looked it up and it brought back a few memories... with the Black Bart and Faygo kid... "Which way did he go, which way did he go, He went for Faygo".. is that the way it went... a damsel in distress and Faygo kid to the rescue... Ha ha... too cute...I guess it would be banned for violence now..

I think they made some what of a remake on that commercial..... the original was in 1953.. I was born two years later.. but I think they had it on for a long run... because I do remember it... It could of reminded me of 'Dudley do right' the Canadian Mountie...

Okay, this one might be a little tougher. After you went beyond the Ishkabow what did you have to cross over?

Another one. One summer job required riding in a cream and green colored truck. What was I doing?

Well that one right. The driver would pick me up at 4am and it was my job to carry the milk from the truck to the milk chutes. I bet the majority of folks never saw one. Anyone remember how had it was as a kid to get the cap off a milk bottle if the little pull tap tore?

I remember getting in trouble when I would stab it down with a spoon handle. Our milkman's name was Mr. Whiteman. I always thought that was funny. Our breadman was Mr. Crumb. That was funnier.

I lived in the country in Belleville and started 5th grade there. That fall we moved to Wayne that fall. After always having livestock to help tend to it was quite a unwelcomed transition.
