I cannot get going today. Too tired and too sore. Falling when older really stinks because you lose your bounce. Bumbles bounce, I do not. I splat- and today, I feel the aches from that. Stupid tortoise. My get up n go has gotten up and went.

I think I need to make a raft for my chickens today. I havent even looked out the window yet, and I cant understand how I can be out of coffee. I think that is illegal.

Any significant wind damage last night, anyone? Seemed like most of the state was under either wind or flood advisory.

There were wild winds here after midnight until about 4:00. From what I can see.. just looks like maybe couple of 4x4 fence posts that were in water yesterday got rocked back and forth enough to get real wobbly, lean over and need resetting before anyone goes out in the yard later today.

I expected a lot worse the way it was blowing.

Wow, what a wind! No damage hear, thank goodness.

All the chickens are drying nicely after playing in the rain all day yesterday. At least they have had their showers.

Good job on quiting smoking! You can do it!

Well, we heard a big crash on our side lot... and that tree is now laying accross a section of my fence which is now laying on the ground... I wondered why my dogs were not running in right away this morning....

HEY ALL!! I am wanting a goose out in Springfield, MO. Anyone heading in that direction that would be willing to transport a crate with a goose back? I promise they travel well and you would have to take them out for potty breaks!

I would be happy to pay for someone to transport, I would rather do that than ship. They lay right down and can travel in a medium dog crate, not that big at all.

Come one bird lovers, help me out!!

You are right...I forgot all about it.
