Amy Pond laid her first egg yesterday! I went outside to give the girls some treats and no Amy. I looked in the coop and she was sitting in the nest box. Awhile later I noticed her back out in the yard so I went out and checked the nest box and found a perfect little brown egg.

I fried it up this morning for breakfast! Yum!!!

The first egg is always soooo exciting, the things we get so excited over..lol!!

*** What do you guys do to get rid of fruit flys? I've put out a bowl of vinergar with sran wrap covering it & poked holes throught it. They're suppose to be attracted to it, fall in, the saran is suppose to trap them & they're suppose to drown. NOT WORKING!! Any ideas would be appreached because the handleful I got is driving me nuts!!!

OMG, could you just imagine trying that? bronzing the egg for all eterinity? Wonder if it'd work....
