Well, It is a nice morning this morning! I went out to get my girls and roos out and morning bread fed, and then over to the neighbors. I swear, when I started I could see my breath, but by the time I was finished, no breath fog. It took me all of 30 minutes to get the rabbits fed what with chopping apples and pears, popping the cabbages off the stalkes, and the brussels. I don't know if they feed their chickens apples and pears too, but I did. Chopped them into quarters and threw them in the pen. Well, they definetly liked them. Mine do too, only I don't chop them up. I take my frustations out on them. I just throw them at the ground as hard as I can and then the chickens go for it. I even got Angel, two doors down, out. She is such a sweet dog. Poor dog. I think I might bring her over to my yard for a few hours today to play with Argus and Ruby. She's ALONE almost all the time. Her owner is never home and my neighbors take care of her, so, while they are gone, I am taking care of her. If I were her owner, I would have found her a new family. She is the sweetest lassie. I feel so bad for her...
My neice is playing her first ever powderpuff football game tonight. Its at 6, and I really want to go see it so I can point and laugh at her. Just KIDDING! I would cheer her on! Its the 9th vs 10th and then 11th vs 12th after that. Its homecoming week for them. I remember homecoming week when I was at school... We didn't have to wear a dress to the dance. We just wore whatever. I think I went in jeans and a tanktop... BUT that was, dare I say it.... Over 20yrs ago, but not more than 22 yrs ago. HEHEHE. Don't want to over "age" myself. LOL. Now, I really want to go, but, alas, I can not. I unfortunetly do not have a sitter, and she didn't tell me it was today until LAST NITE! And John has college classes tonight, so he won't be here to watch his boys. Oh well. Maybe it will be on pac.
Well, Its off to laundry board. My washer is still broke, so I am still handwashing... Thanks Dad for teaching me how to wash clothing. Ok, It happened because when we were kids, we were naughty at the laundry matt, and punishment was we had to learn how to wash our clothes with out the convenience of a machine. Yeah. I hated it, but glad "IT" stuck. I could go to the laundry matt but I am cheap, and it doesn't take that long by hand.
Buffy still refuses to lay an egg. I guess last week was enough to shut her egg factory down... Unless she is laying somewhere outside.... But I haven't found a nest, and I have been looking.
Have a nice day.
