I'm not sure that I would want to cover the vents. Aren't you concerned with a build up ammonia gas inside the coop?

Happy for the sunshine today. I too, have the chores to do... and a coop to build! Although I think I might wait till it warms up a bit before I get out there, it's FREEZING, and I need to invest in a better winter coat. I think I spent all of my money on chicken stuff though, like the Brinsea Octagon 20 Eco that is heading my way as we speak.

I'll just have to pop on hubby's long johns, but for now, I'll stay in and enjoy some hot chocolate and scrambled eggs with the kiddos.

Nothing beats a quiet Saturday morning.
