Good Morning, and

Hobiedog. Great place and great people here.
Nice size egg! I think the eggs from my two Brahams are a bit small for the size bird they are. My BR, who is kinda petite, lays a much bigger egg than the brahams.
I'm waiting for it to get a bit warmer before I take my dogs for a nice long walk. It's still a bit chilly out there. Oh, but the sun makes it all so beautiful!! Love that sun!

Check this thread on a regular basis. We often get chatty and if you miss a day or 2 you have seventy-eleven pages to read just to catch up.

There are lots of experienced people with good advice.

Hello and Welcome to all the Newbies! Glad you decided to join the Michigan Thread.

Lots of wonderful people on here with some great knowledge.

What a fantastic day it's gonna be. Planning on being outside for a darn good portion of it. Just made some homemade chicken soup...not from any of my gals though!! lol They're gonna get the peelings from the carrots for an afternoon snack. Hope everyone has a great day and gets a chance to be outside!!

Good afternoon Michiganders! I guess I didn't get on this morning since the SUN was SHINING!

I whitewashed with lime one of my coops ....the one used by the old hens that are gone now. It was a beautiful day and I intend to go peek at the U of M game right now. I see I missed some new comers....welcome to all I missed. As RAZ said...if you miss a day...even a HALF a day...you are out of the loop and missing a lot. I liked your poem by the way Raz.
