Then he said to see if you like fishing. Careful how you answer that one- you may end up spending time with my old-school hubby on a fishing trip, talking about baling hay, and hunting and sports and women...

Good Morning!

I saw the forcasted weather and it looks like it is going to get warm this week! Keep your fingers crossed, cause meteorlogists and politians are the only ones who can lie and not get in trouble for it. So hopefully he is telling the truth this time!!!

We are taking some of our new chicks to Jack's preschool today. Along with some different colored eggs. It is E week and today is eggs, Thursday is green eggs and ham.

Ok, maybe not a spatula, but I once received a sewing machine for Christmas from my hubby when we were engaged...instead of the puppy that I desperately wanted. Surprised we made it through that one.

Then a year later he could not understand that it was okay to buy me the way expensive blender that I ASKED for at Christmas. He just could not understand that it was okay because it was what I asked for.....and I wanted it to make frozen Margaritas. He was a smart guy, bought it for me even though he just did not understand the difference.
