Awwwwwwwww..............such cute wittle bunnies

. I think Binky is a total doll.

V2x2----The goose idea sounds good---we may have to , however, save that one for when we are able to keep the birds at our own place. I don't think my friend is into them. They live on the family dairy farm and I cannot picture her MIL going for geese. Unless it is a cow, she looks down her nose. She has gotten better in the last couple of years--actually going to the fair to watch her grandkids and asking questions about their horses.

Is there a particular breed of bantam that looks extra good for show or just has a nicer temperment? Can you buy them locally, I wonder. My friend said something about ordering 25 at once----I will have to ask her where they order from and see what is availabe. She did tell me that they get the turkeys from another family that is in our 4-H group.

Okay---I am off to paint more popsicle sticks. We have seriously misjudged how many it takes to cover the box buildings for DD's plantation diorama. It seemed like it took alot just to cover 1/2 of a jiffy cornbread box that we are making into the slave quarters.

I agree, Lauren- they are the coolest things! I want some too. I just can never find anyone with one for sale. However, if I do- I will tell your mom where they are.

The baby bunnies are beautiful. I am just amazed how much they grew in 10 days.

It is a herniated disk so some days it is better than other but thank you - I'll need my back to dig in the yard in a few weeks

Do you know when Rick is coming? I think we are going to grandma's for dinner tonight, so if he is stopping by tonight, I can put them in the pole-barn in a basket and he can just grab it. Otherwise I am at home tomorrow evening.

Maybe some day.
Just got back from jury duty. It took awhile longer to pick who they wanted today.
Lost a baby chick.

I think we may lose one more. So that is 6 healthy ones out of 41. Not very good odds, but it is a start.
Is there a reason why no ones answers my questions? I am a nice person really!!!

the green egg, depending on the shade is either Jane with No Last Name's or Sparrow's.
Sister Mary Agnes' egg is brown.

they are all sisters though and look much alike.

I am nice, too, Myrna. You can PM me if you want. Sometimes there is too much going on in this thread... But, it's fun to read it.
