I noticed, I am not offended hehe. I just thought of that when I was responding to you (I think) earlier; I get kind of anal about how my responses look so I like to try and make them look nice. Some time ago, I read about the idea of a sarcasm / sardonic font. It was basically a backwards italic. I think it would be a much better idea than LOL or similar overused expressions. Maybe we can pick a colour for sarcasm text. How about orange? As in, orange you taking me seriously? That would certainly work for Juise.

I have always told my kids that everything we do in life is a choice. We make our choices and we live with them. But none the less they are OUR choices.

I tell my kids the same thing. When my 12 yr. told me he was gonna get a tattoo & get his ear pierced when he turned 18 and was an adult I told him that was fine if that is what he wanted. It was his body, his choice not mine, although he might regret it later in life so think it over carefully when the time comes. I also said that ear piercings were easily reversed but a tattoo is permanent & he might it regret later in life. No one likes a wrinkly saggy ta too!! lol

This is too funny.... I just read the the post that states Raz a tattoo....no offense to anyone pertaining to my opinion to my 12 yr. old

wow, I missed a lot!!! 600 posts behind, missed all the vegan talk, my daughter in law is a vegan, she has so many stomach issues, she has decided most of the meat on the market is fed on the grains she is allergic to

I'm sure it was an interesting discussion, I love it when every one voices there opinion, NO ONE should take offense because others have different opinions.

Juise I have apparently offended someone in this thread to the extent of reporting at least several or more of my posts.
my response to Fuzzy when she asked me why people are vegan is the only post that was specifically cited to me as having been reported.

Definitely not me, and kind of offends ME that someone would take something that was written to me and twist it. You OBVIOUSLY took a lot of time and care to work everything "politically correct" and still answer my question. I mean, it's not like you are forcing anyone else to be vegan, who cares what your motives are, it don't affect them anyway.???
I asked because i am getting more conscious of how our meat animals are being raised. To me, i don't care how humane you are trying to be, piling that many animals into a small space is not cutting it for me. But i don't think i could be a true vegan, i tried for a while and i could have choked someone for a steak. Went back to eating meat, but i am slowly working meatless meals back into rotation.

Thanks, they do love their belly rubs, esp Jasper. He falls over with his legs sticking out, when we give him belly rubs.
Three sides of the fence panels are outside of the electric fence, and one side is dividing the hog pen from the cow pasture. So, the electric fence is inside the pen. I had to go to TSC to get 10 more panels to add on the original 6, so that made the pen much bigger. My dad tossed out the chain link gate, so we just pull open the panel to get in the pen, and fasten it with 2 rope clips. I like that way better than the chain link one.

Very well said! People have their own beliefs, and it should be respected! I know many vegans who are quiet and humble, never pushing it on others. Yet many people demand that they should eat a burger to be normal. The world would be a great place, if we all accepted others and their beliefs

I agree. Don't push your religious/political views/sexual preference/food choices on me. I respect your way of life, and love to hear your opinions, so please respect mine!! (And by YOU I mean any particular person who feels the need to do that, not any one person in this thread)

BTW, I have tattoos, drink beer and don't go to church. Am I evil? Probably!

Thanks!! I want to have a party but I"m too tired, hehe. It's not as close to home as I would like, but it's about 5 minutes closer to home than where I work now. Isn't it funny how Michigan people measure distance in minutes? I always hear people say that, and I do it myself..."how far away is the mall?" "oh it's about 10 minutes." how far away do your parents live?" "about 4 hours". So silly.

Well, today the fuzzy kids got their first perching log, and a dish of sand, since one started flopping around on the newspaper last night in a sad attempt to bathe, lol. I also found use finally for all the flies that are sneaking into the house somehow, which is gross but funny as all heck to watch them running around with one in their mouth, even little pearl was quick enough to snatch one away from one of the "big guys"! Though i am thinking i am going to have to change her name, i have seen a lot of "pearl's" lately, and here i thought i was being original.
