Yeah...it's hard for me to believe. He's all boy 100% and one cool cucumber out in public & at school.....can't show any emotion/affection of the kind, someone will see, but still likes me to kiss him good night!!

Only Shehsheh went to the summer roost tonight. I ended up taking Hawk out of the big coop, along with two of Skeeters first brood to keep her company. I hope they will all start getting it soon. I am going to have to build something for them to jump up to to be able to get up to the roost easier. I thought it'd be low enough, for them to fly up on, but nope... they have to get on the ramp to go in the coop, turn around then fly up... SO, going to make it easier.

Tomorrow I am tearing apart my planter table that me and my dad made a few years ago. We made it out of landscape timbers, but they are starting to warp. I am going to reuse them and make a secure run for the little meaties and move them over to a more grassy area. I want them to have enough room to run around, and I want to be able to go over with a pistol nozle at night and wash away their poop so it'll be fresh the next day.

The ducklings really enjoyed being out in the front yard. Boy can those two little suckers crap. OMG! They are total freaks though. Everytime I try and touch them, they go spastic. I hope they get over it soon or on day 40 they'll become duck roast. No they won't. HEHE. Maybe.

My little boy, he just told me he was a ninja, and ninjas don't say sorry. That boy is going to be the reason my hair falls out.

I hope Opa has made it to his destination safely.

Gonna go shower and scrub my toes so I can paint them a pretty red and see what my chickens think. LOL.

My oldest turns 20 yrs on Monday!

But right now I have 3 kids here instead of 2 and maybe one day I will have 4 kids and some grandkids so it is not all bad when they grow up!

Heck, mine is 6 and he won't even say "love you too" when he goes to get on the bus or if I am dropping him off at school. He says,"'OK"

I hope mine wait till they are out of college and in fruitful careers/employment before they even think about marriage and kids.
Well, I think your boys are going to want companionship before they get through college and into careers. Mary has 2 more years of college and her BF is starting med school in the Fall. (He just told us that he chose the one only 15 miles from Mary's college - how convenient.) So obviously they have a long road ahead of them. But they don't want to be lonely, they want friendship/love/joy while they strive to accomplish and grow. I can say that it seems to be a good thing.

I got a lot done this afternoon out in my rock gardens! Now to just keep the chickens out of them. DH was planting in the garden this evening and a few of them decided that where he was working was the perfect spot to dust bathe

lol....It didn't happen, they had to find a different spot.

Here's a pic of the youngsters going for a stroll this evening. Sorry it's sorta dark, the sun was already setting. Shelby really watches over the girls! Little Squirt was trying to catch up.
