Hope everyone is enjoying their day! My DS's flight to Alaska was canceled last Sat due to ash from the volcano.... but he's once again leaving...today! Just waiting on his dad to come pick him up.

Cat...made grandma's cookies...delish of course!

found our BR turkey jenny in with a different flock of chickens today...as well as her e g g laid out in the run! she's a nut bar! but so sweet!
and one of them snuck into the garage to hide an egg in a bale of hay!

but the kicker is, one of them got up in a 5 gallon bucket nest and laid her e g g in it! how she did it will be a mystery!

I'll admit the word switch thing had me as well. I got a PM from EnglishChick and as I read it I was starting to think that there was more to that saying "England and America, two countries separated by a common language". Several things she had said didn't seem to make sense until I went back and swapped the necessary words.

I may be making ahospital run tonight. My 1yr old dd has a 104 fever. I am very worried she got immunizations last week. I have a friend whose daughter got the MMR shot and spiked 106 temps and ended up with mild mental retardation.
