My cousin invited us to go to the tigers game with him. He usually gets 4 tickets and invites 3 people to go with him. I can't sit and watch it on TV. Too much to do around the house and yard in the summer. But it is a lot of fun going to a game. It was a good game. I sounds like eveyone had a busy weekend.
We actually got 6 eggs today. Then we had an egg carton accident and lost 4. So it's like we only got 2.
Mommi I will keep you Step-father in my prayers tonight.

I never run out of bills but I do run out of moola to pay them

. Funny how that works.

Try getting paid once a month. I always have more month than money. What is starting to make thing tight is that my pension is a fixed amount. I draw exacting the same as when I retired 17 years ago. Gas cost $1 then, and of course everything has gone up as well. Even my property tax is much higher. I think this state is trying to drive me out.

Morning Opa

I hear ya about those bills!! My parents are in the same boat! I can't wait to get back to work. I work for a school so tomorrow is my first day back!!

Then maybe I can stop those stinkin toll free calls!

Any way it looks to be a better day here in MI. I can tell you it got mighty cold last night here in my neck of the woods!! The out door thermo. says right now its 43.

Very cool morning. Once the sun kicks in it will warm up. It sure make for a good nights sleep. I love it when it's nice and cool and I can snuggle up under the warm blankets. It's also a good morning for a hot cup of coffee. Count me in on another cup Opa.
