Are their special req to be in on this thread? Live in litchfield in north west corner of hillsdale county. Am ready for summer,need to get going on the coop addition.Have a mcmurry order coming the first week in march.

Luckily, the snow melted enough so that I could see my daffodils and tulips coming up. Spring is coming, even if it doesn't seem obvious yet.

I'll go along with the flat soda - we drink flat full-strength (not diet) Vernor's - what with us being in michigan and all.

Also, reporting that roads are terrible in Washtenaw County - only about 3 inches of snow, but that's enough to have everybody slippin'and slidin'.

The chickens don't mind the return of the snow though, they're out romping about - had 3 eggs this morning from my 6 youngsters (5 months old BO and SLW).

DH works the night shift...65 miles one way to work, so the daylight hours he spends sleeping.
