Haven't made coffee yet.

I see we got a list of rules started. Sam if you want to give me a hug that's okay......I'm secure in my manliness not to worry about that.

It is kinda funny my best friend is a logger in the UP....big burly tobaky chawin beer drinking skin a buck in 2 minutes gun totin good ole boy. We always hug each other when we meet. He was my scuba search and rescue dive team partner for years, we had each others backs.

Thanks for the treats Cat. They look wonderful -- real food! I've been sick the last 2 days. Today's the first day I felt like being on the computer -- still made it to work though. Boy was that nasty! Took me over 2 hours this morning just to catch up with everyone. Today we're supposed to get up to 10" of snow. If that doesn't make you want to crawl back into bed with the covers over your head!!!

Hope everyone has a better day then I'll have.

If I did get them now, it would still be too cold to move them outside in May. We live right next to Green Bay / Lake Michigan and it gets pretty cold at night when the winds start blowing. We don't even plant our garden until June so that the sprouts don't freeze. I'm looking at moving chicks to the coop by the beginning of June.

I'm listening / watching the weather as I type. Looks like the snow will be moving your way after I get it. Get the union suits back on and the shovels / tractors back out. Or if your Mj, your all set!!

I have to go to Tractor Supply today to get a new turner- they don't have chicks in yet, do they?

Because I know I would not be able to resist buying any.

Everything is rather soggy outside right now. I just let my grumpy hens out to pick through the mud and the muck. Better this than snow, but it looks as though it may snow or rain very soon.

Well no call from the post office this morning....I am going to call in a little bit and see what time the next truck comes. I think it is around noon or so.

the boys are up and running all over the place! Where do they get the energy?!?!

snow is not an option. but, if it does snow, Cristi is right, the Union Suit will be back in effect! today it is grey long johns. (i have to wash the Union Suit ya know, so i have back up winter wear.)

Good Morning all!! Chatty this morning! No more snow. That's it. I thought the weatherman said the UP would get LOTS of snow, but us folk down here wouldn't get much. Hope the snow stays in God's country!!
