My thoughts exactly, Vicki. I am going to offer to take pics of her birds for her so she can post them on her site.

Great idea!!

Congrats Guitarists. New chicks are always great. Milles are great too, that was the first one that my daughter actually got attached to. RIP Junior. She was also the first chicken our dog ever got!

MJ - what other pullets do you have available besides the Buttercups? I'm looking for something at least 4-5 weeks old and feathering if possible. Thanks.

Hi Everyone, I've been working way too hard. I normally only work on the weekends, but they asked me to come in again tomorrow. Have not had much time for the girls, but I let them out today to play in the mud for a little bit after the rain stopped. They are completely featherd now and really enjoyed themselves. Thankfully they are tame enough that it was easy to put them in for the night. Can't wait for the warm weather to finally arrive and stay for awhile.

Lacey did have contractions last night but they have stopped. Jr's back was extremely sore from the impact.....seems the 16 month old grandson escaped with no injury.....thank goodness for infant car seats!

....she had a "talk" with the superior "cop" the main boss. It appears that proper protocol was not followed. We have said our piece and are done with it, don't wish any ill will on the officer, just don't want to see someone else have this problem and perhaps the outcome will be worse.

Soldans in Charlotte has bantams, standards, ducks and turkey chicks in!

I just spoke to the owner of that website. Strangely enough, she was contacted by FeatherSite today about the pics she's using. Her website will be updated with new pics soon. Her birds are very young, and she was hoping to let them mature more before putting their pics on the site. She did not intend to offend or upset anyone. And honestly, I am just dumbfounded that someone hastily reported her without at least questioning her first. If anyone is interested in any of her stock, please keep checking her site for her new updates.

Problem solved.
