I actually love them to pieces, EXCEPT during breeding season, then they can be a bit, umm, well, lets just say they live up to their reputation!!

Have fun at MJ's today, and don't take all her stock! I'll be heading there tomorrow to get a pullet from CATRAY and picking one, I said one, pullet from MJ. It looks like the next few days will be great.

I've always liked those BLRW's. Too bad you weren't closer Vicki, I'd definitely take one. And sorry to hear about the DH's job. I'm sure it will work out, and with him being the great provider he is, he'll find something in these tough times.

Hi Everyone

I'm In Linden, next to Fenton, just south west of Flint

I have been on here about a year and I dont think i have posted on this thread.

Though I have meet the infamous Sam!!

I got some of his Wellsummer eggs, and hopefully they hatch, tried to candle them yesterday, but the eggs are so dark it hard to see, I could see the
Air pocket and a couple of the eggs I did see some veins, there to hatch on the 25th,. My kids are counting down the days, cant wait to see the babies.

My neighbor and I share a coop its in his yard, we made a wood shed into the coop, and his adding another 100 feet or so of run and coop, for the meat birds, they use to share the coop with the egg girls, but that wasn't working out so good, since the meat are so big and poopy, were getting 40 meat birds on Tuesday. they are gross but the meat sure is good.

Sam and motioned about getting together with some of the people on here,
cant remember when he said was though. I remember Swartz creek.
let me know when it is, love to come.

Hi all, I'm about ready to head outside into the lovely sunshine. I'm feeling better, but still a little weak. Hopefully this won't last much longer because I need to finnish my coop before the meat birds arrive.
