Hello all!!! Glad to hear everyone had such a nice day. What a beautiful day. Kids had fun playing. And so did the chickens. Let the 9.5 week old EEs from MJ free range today. I was so excited -- the littlest EE flew up on me. She kept coming up to us and following the kids and I. Then she flew up onto me. Looks like I will have a new best friend. None of the adults that I have are quite as friendly (I got them as young adults). My youngest daughter (1 1/2 years) was nervous of this little chick following us around. So funny. Need to plant my potatoes. I know I am past due. Maybe tomorrow. Garlic, shallots, and onions have been in the ground. Anybody else love growing their own garden?
