Well we have Sun lots of it and so I imagine ya all will be sending us that rain soon. Thanks the garden needs it LOL.

Plummer came and pump is fixed works better than new, can't ask for more than that. So the Garden is watered the chickens have new water, dishes and laundry going as we speak and soon the floors will be scrubbed and then I can get that shower and go to town to my a new push mower as mine bit the dust today LOL. Oh well it is probally for the best that the other one died, it is over 20 years old and I would of probally had an accident with it if it wouldn't of. How is that for looking on the bright side.

Have fun today, rain days are for old movies popcorn and snuggling. So ya all should be really enjoying that rain.

i will get a lovely pic as soon as the rain stops. he is trying to learn to be a chicken. he is just beautiful.

his hormones kicked in and he charged at me two times. (all the cockerels go crazy at my pink boots.) i just turned and said 'NO!' really sternly. that's all it took. he now just walks right up and acts like his normal self again. he's such a good boy.

welcome to 7961 and Keleka, you got the skin crawlies yet?

Good Morning All!

I got up at 5:30am, walked 3 miles since I didn't feel 100%, and went back to bed til 11am!!!!

I have never done this. I am feeling a lot better than last night!

Handicappers have 3 more nights then off til end of July and start a new session.

Off to get some laundry done and other house work.

Welcome new fowl:)

We attend Fowlfest and my girls compete in the junior section and they do showmanship. Lots of fun and learning.

Hey MJ sleeping is 8:00am. And boy was it nice. Chickens weren't happy with me though. They had plenty of food and water but they do like to be outside. They love being able to free range in the evening. They actually got all the way up to the house last night.

That's the best I could do with the pics - they are camera shy.

Hey everyone, no baby yet. Still waitng on the call that my neice has gone to the hospital. She was having some signs of starting labor last night. This will be the first baby of the next generation. Very exciting. I just hope and pray that all will go well.

It's been raining down south here in the St. Joe / Benton Harbor area for two weeks straight with the exception of Sunday and Monday. And, miraculously, nothing's muddy. Actually when it clears up it's rather dry.
