could you get on, they are doing some emergency maintenance.

i am assuming you want pullets, right? and ready to go outside, not necessarily POL though?

I don't have any full size roos so I wouldn't mind one of those. I would prefer they were old enough to be outside or POL. Whew, just got through raising 30 in different batches so they could finally be outside! This momma is tired

It's just a shot in the dark. I was hoping to get some rare breeds this year and just didn't get as many as I hoped for.

I didn't know they were doing routine maintenance, woops.

You can have all you want! We have some major flooding here in my area. Our driveway is flooded, but the pasture with the meaties is high ground. I did have a surprise when I looked out the back window though. The roof on my large chicken tractor collapsed from the weight of the water.

The screws ripped right out of the wood. I ran to TSC, and now we are trying to rig up some cattle panels for the night.

Wish me luck!

Mentioning again we will likely have speckled sussex and blue bantam orpington roos later on this summer. Don't think the neighbors will like all the noise, so I have had to pre-warn Kara that they may have to be re-homed. She would rather that then have them become dinner.

That is too much rain. Good luck on getting everything fixed.

Well I am down 7 hens and 2 roos. One of my sisters and One of my brothers came and got them. They asked me to hatch some and I told them yes but come get them when they are young ya right they come today and they will be 20 weeks tomorrow. Got to love them, then they asked for food on the way out till they can get to town to get some LOL. I love those 2 they are too funny.

So that leaves me with only 6 roos to butcher this weekend. Then that pen will be down to 2 hens and 1 roo. Think I will make a trip to a local lady and get 6 doz eggs for $2 each and that way I can add the hens to that pen before winter. If I decide to do that at what age would I be able to add the new hens to the pen with these 3?
