i am making brats on the grill with grilled onions. that's about it. nothing too fancy here tonight.

last night, Gloria (BYC Michigan member here) made Meatball subs! she was telling me all about them. (it was killing me! sounded sooo good!)

you have that awesome spag sauce you make! could you whip up some meat balls cover with the sauce and some cheese on rolls and voila! yummy subs!

Oh my, I think I'll make some meatballs! Great Idea!!!

I found it. Thanks for posting that. I'm thinking about getting some meat birds, but I'm not sure yet. I'll definitely have to follow your journal.

i know. i usually go to church and during the school year they serve dinner so we eat there. so that's what we do. but in summer, we eat here.
the weather is so blah today and i feel so wiped out. i cannot get motivated to get 'fancy' with dinner!

Hi Soomi, I did not want to butcher Trouble but he was just that, Trouble. DH did the butchering, I did the cooking. We don't live in the city so crowing roosters aren't a problem. Just agressive ones.

MJ I forgot earlier to say yes the specs for the hoop house would be wonderful. I saw zephycreek post and remembered. We will be getting some meat birds next summer for sure. I subscribed to your post zephrycreek, I hope to see what I am in for.

Oh yeah, it's spaghetti for supper. Nice and easy.
