I'm really starting to hate the home appliance gremlins alot. After all I've repaired or had repaired I had hoped that they were done with me for a while. Silly me for thinking such a thing. Now the power vent on the water heater runs contantly without igniting the burner. Therefore we've no hot water. Tried to affect a repair tonight to no avail. Hopefully in the light I can figure it out. Sure hate to call out a plumber as he will charge almost as much as a new water heater.

Before we moved, our furnace went. Doug wasn't in town, and it was awful. I had 4 space heaters, and 3 huge dogs for heat. I just hoped the water heater didn't go too.

Emily is getting her braces off this morning

So excited!!! She will have to get phase 2 done in a couple years, but for now no long teeth brushing sessions.

We have a layer of ice on top of the snow and the darn dog runs with his head down trying to eat the ice. VERY FUNNY to watch.

I think I got a job teaching a mom and her 2 kids how to cook, bake, and navagate the kitchen. They only eat pre-packaged type meals she said from Costco. She does know how to make spagetti and hamburgers though

We will see how it goes!

Ha-ha-ha! Her "chicklets"!!! I miss her too. She is such a kind person and has a wealth of information. I am going to contact her soon about some chicks for the spring. If I do talk to her I will let everyone know the haps

Opa, if those gremlins were hanging out around your water heater, I sure hope they didn't get any water spilled on them!

We finally got our website up and running. Yay! Man, what a chore that was putting all that information together.

I've been wondering about MJ too. Has anyone talked to her lately? She is probably just busy with life.

I am baking up the rest of the squash we have left from the garden, then putting it in the freezer. It is still looking good, but I have a fear if I don't bake and freeze it I will forget about it and it will go bad.
