Have you checked your Thyroid? I gained weight also cuz it was out of whack. Of course, I put off going to the doctor for years and paid for it!! Had huge tumor on thyroid, that not even me noticed! lol Luckily it was not cancerous. So, make sur eyou have your thyroid checked out!

I think Gabby would love some babies of her own. She's upstairs right now announcing that she just laid another egg. I'm sure she'd have no problem going broody. Do you have a boyfriend in mind for her? And would we be garenteed to get rid of the babies if she hatches them? I don't want any more Ameracunas in the flock, untill these two are gone at least. If you know any cute Ameracuna boys whisper in his ear about how what great legs Gabby has and see if hes interested. LOL

Good morning Michigan. I just checked and I still have a pulse so it appears God has once again allowed me to have another good day. Yesterday I received a flyer from Estes hatchery. As if I need some more to fuel this chicken fever.
