HBH, that is crazy! If you canceled at the last minute, they would charge you an office call! It had better be an emergency, or I would be ticked!!
So how is everyone this fine snowy day??? I keep telling myself, this is it! This was the LAST snowstorm of the season!! YEP!! That is the reason for my good mood!!
Spring is on the way, think it, believe it, it WILL happen!!

It sure as heck better be because I need to finish my coop. - If the coop isn't done, then the chicks will have to stay and sleep inside, and if they stay and sleep inside, then I'm afraid that I'll be the one sleeping in the coop!!!
Briana saw robins, spring must be coming!
The doctor was at hackley hospital with another emergency. I figure someone there needs him more than me. I am just glad that DH didn't take the night off from work this time. And yes they have called the day before to confirm my appointment both times. I am trying to be patient.
I did see 12 robins yesterday. No where to been seen today.
Well all 4 eggs hatched last night. I need to take some good pictures the one I have is with my cell and blurry. We got the first which looks to be a grey silkie over a BO, 2 BO chicks and one all black one? What is with the all black one? Dark grey legs no feathering on the legs. I have a BO roo and a silkie roo, and when we put the eggs under the broody we had 2 EE cockerels, one white and one red. We have Barred Rocks and BO girls that layed the eggs. Must be a BR baby, but anyones guess on the daddy? Anyways the hen is doing great with the chicks and is already showing them where the food is. So cute to watch.
Laura, per your request I am posting a s****y picture of the tray I constructed and hung under my roosts. Hopefully it makes more sense than my explanation did.
I injured myself exersicing yesterday morning. Leg press machine. I messed up my hips and tail bones.
Got adjusted and I am really sore today. Moving slow today.
Have a great evening. The chicks are so cute! I want some!
Thank you Opa. I will show this to Bryan when he gets up. The poo just shows what the purpose for the dropping board is.
Sarah, I hope you feel better soon.
I had to share this pic I took today, the babies are two weeks old now. When I was in the coop the little black one kept getting on mama's back for a ride so of course once I got the camera he quit. But I did get a cute pic. Can you see the babies?
