As I've stated before my goal each day is to try and be the nicest person people meet and that includes this thread. I can't think of an single instance when I have not responded to someone's question and tried to assist if I could. In this spirit I've sent nest plans free of charge to well over a hundred BYCers. This site has introduced me to lots of folks I consider friends and hope they feel I am one as well. I will continue to answer questions as honestly and correctly as possible to everyone who asks for help or an opinion. I truly never have answered a question with the intent to belittle anyone as I consider the only dumb question is the one unasked. If I offended anyone I apologize and thank all of you for your friendship. I'm looking forward to spending as much time possible visiting with you at Chickenstock.

Sam, I've never know you to have a mean bone in your body!

You have been nothing but helpful to all who ask. Just because someone stated an opinion, doesn't mean that they have something against you. Please, when it comes to given advice, take it or leave it as you see fit.

None of my 5 silkies roost. They either sleep under or on the corners of the nesting boxes or in the corner of the barn huddled up with all of the pullets. Most of my chickens don't roost except for a handful, even though there's more than enough room to.

Thank you Keyt! I thought so but I wanted to be sure.

Well I am happy to provide chick pics! Here are my sweet speckled sussex chicks, only one pullet unfortunately, the delaware and partridge rocks all run in a panic when I open the chick house for but these guys just love me...

I have my polish roo posted up in the auction section FREE TO GOOD HOME. If any Michiganders can take a look and find it in their heart to take in a roo. I'm in SE MI and willing to get him where he needs to go.
Thanks all.

I have noticed that of all my different breeds of chickens, the speckled sussex are the friendliest. Your definitely look like keepers.

You were all supposed to look at my sizzles pictures and say, "Oh Mom 2em All! That is definitely a pullet"...

or even, "no worries, Mom, its not a cockerel.."

or- "Hey Mom 2em all, if that is a cockerel, can I have it? I will trade you this silkie pullet"...

And thanks Keyt- SHE does have pretty coloring when she is clean. She would be much better off right now with duck feet.
