Babigyrl, you probably wouldn't like that cake.

It's made with coconut that I reconstitute by soaking it in coconut milk overnight. Incredibly moist and delicious.

WOW, I am totally amazed that the tast of home raised chicken is even better than the usual turkey I do at thanksgiving. Yum! Hope Y'all had a good one.

Due to work schedule conflicts, we had to stay home instead of going to Detroit to be with DH's family. So we are having our own little feast and will just be snacking and playing games all day that will get topped off by the chicken , casseroles, and 3 pies. Yum!

Stuffed to the gills. Went to Chickflicks house for Thanksgiving and boy am I thankful that I know somebody who can cook. Her Frikadellie stuff and "torn pants' cookies where awesome!! Plus there is a plate of dessert in refrigerator for tomorrow

There's more for you here, Kristen.... lots of dirty dishes left behind!! Everyone left and I'm left with the clean up. What fun. Enjoyed the day. Kids, grandkids, friends and grand dog were all here. Just one son in Chicago couldn't make it. Hope you all had a wonderful day. Well.... back to the clean up..
