Another beautiful sunny day. As Farmerboy said, get out there and enjoy it! I made two loaves of banana bread this morning and am off to clean the coop and gather eggs.

I got my first Tomaru Longcrower egg this morning, but I think that it was laid yesterday, for the egg was stone cold. I cracked the egg in the bowl, and it had a bull's eye!!!

chickendales- I am so sorry about the loss of your job, and that you had to downsize your flock.

If I was closer, I would be happy to give some of your birds a home.

Good Afternoon!

I doubt I'll be doing much for the holiday but baking and gaming (huge gamer nerd here). My family is all spread out but there is a chance that I may be visiting family in the Detroit area but it's all up in the air. Since my schedule is planned for me much during the week I am schedule-adverse when it comes to my free time. I rarely even answer the phone when I am at home. It drives my DH crazy.

Whatever you believe (or don't believe), I hope that everyone has a safe and wonderful festive season full of cheer and good food. I've already had my fair share of Christmas cookies. :: pats belly ::
