I'm thinking about ordering some turkeys for the spring and was wondering how you decided which breed to get? The Bourbon Red poults look nice but they all do in my opinion. It seems like Porters would be a pain to deal with based on the min # needed and no cc or paypal.

Probably...everytime I've been married the groping stops. She says "I do" but she really means "I don't do any longer".

Oh my goodness! I expected a lot of posts but almost one hundred pages?! We've been on a family staycation of sorts since Christmas; lots of family game nights and hanging out. Even got my mom to take the kiddos for one overnight so DH and I could have a date night to ourselves. We were so excited we capped it off with a lunch out the next day before picking them up. LOL! It's been so much fun but time to get back to the grindstone now. Hopefully I'll be able to catch up on all the hot Michigan chicken gossip. Of course I expect to hear that Raz was groping chickens at Midnight on the 31st.

We're ordering turkeys too but didn't know where was best. Anyone have experience with Townline turkeys? Or is there someone we can share a shipment with?

Hey folks, It's time to start thinking about Chickenstock 2012. Our beautiful, kind, friendly, warm, and wonderful Chickflick (is that too much sucking up?) will soon have the park procurred and the date set. I have a link in my signature line that will direct everyone to the links to keep abreast of developments. Looking forward to seeing all of our old friends and meeting all of our new ones.
