Cold up here too after a night of wind, but us Yoopers are not supposed to complain about cold so I will make it a weather comment only. Got the tractor out yesterday and cleared the driveway, the snowmobile helmet is a godsend when snowblowing in the wind, but I'm thinking it looks pretty funny.

I agree with Grandma, not sure if I love this multi-quote cabability, it makes the reply quotes veeery long. Maybe we could edit a little to cut down on repeating the same posts?

In your settings, you can set it so it doesnt post "quotes within a quote" for instance, if someone quotes me right now, it wouldnt copy my quoting you. I have mine set that way, makes for shorter posts.

I went out to tend to the chickens and see how they were managing with the weather..
I really do have
AFRICAN GROUND PARROTS....and I believe my chicks are mutated with the Naked MOLE RAT.


They dug a hole near the heat lamp under the lean-to. I have PROOF- I took pictures!

The surrogate-egg abandoner Silkie decided that I do not need to take pictures, so she came to investigate. Please notice that behind the mutant baby is the TOP of the Mama hen's head..

I fibbed. I have to show you how it was too much trouble for them to actually lay an egg where it belonged in this cold. It reminds me of the prank where someone puts a bucket of water at the top of a semi-closed door..waiting for a victim..

I just now discovered that if you click on pictures in a post, it opens them in a bigger window..
How cool is that?
It makes my mole-rat mutant picture look much better when it is bigger.

Have we already known we could do this? Or is this a new discovery?
