MicroCoop Feeding

I have an A-frame chicken tractor with a microcoop in the top. I close the ramp up at night so they stay put and warm and away from any predators. My question is, do I need to worry about keeping feed and water in the coop when they are only up there for the night, or are they okay until they come down in the morning to get the feed and water in the run area of the tractor? Seems like it would be bad to have the extra moisture in such a small space and the coop is long and narrow, that a feeder and waterer would cause some congestion for moving down the coop. Any suggestions?
