Question.....

All poultry to be exhibited must have a current pullorum clean certificate or be first generation stock. Please include a copy of the certificate with your entry.

Does that mean we dont need a certificate if we hatched them ??

Hi Cindy! Yes, I will be going...the d'anver pullet is doing great! Laura had given me the roo also and she felt good enough to bully him all the next day! LOL...I had to let him have free run in my art studio and I had a class going on and the people got a big kick out of seeing a "pet" chicken wandering around! They are together now and getting along fine! I have to resist purchasing anything because i have run out of cage space and the hubby is ready to throw me out if i come home with another chicken. i have weird birds...2 hens that come onto the deck rail to roost every night and he has to carry them to the coop, and 2 hens that go into the dog house and have to be brought to the coop evry night. Last night one of them refused to go in and flew into the soods fo rthe night, but she was in the yard making a rukus this morning!!
