Might get a duo of peahens, and got questions, please ~

The short answer - yes.

The long answer - My birds all start making noise at around 5am- and there are girls and boys, and they both make noise even though they have one another. If I have to take one of them away from the others, all they do is call and call until they are back together.

I see and for further explanation hmm...would you be able to tell approximately how often they do that early in the morning ? Or is it everyday ?
Heh, sorry I'm still new. xD

Every day, they call every single day haha And they call all day, until the sun sets and they are getting ready for bed. It's not a constant call, but I'd say a few times an hour at least. And when one starts, the others join in, so any time one of them wants to call, it's everyone else too. I imagine it gets louder and more constant the more birds you get.

I impulse-bought two peachicks last year at the feed store without any experience whatsoever. They both grew up to be two sweet girls and they live with my silkies. Kedreeva is right, they are loud! When my cats pass by the pen you hear a large HONK! When a hawk flies over: HONK HONK HONK! And god forbid they get seperated because they do make a racket. I let them all out when I am home and one flies on the roof and the other on the ground is going PEEE-HONK PEEE-HONK while the one on the roof is honking her head off. I order two more chicks this year so hopefully I will get a boy for them. (then I will really hear a lot of noise)

Well having over 400 guineas at any given time i find the peas to be rather quite.
All my male Peas are calling now and sounds like a bunch a cats on the prowl LOL but it is nothing like the guineas when they go off LOL

Yep 400 guineas would definitely take the cake! I don't mind any of the noises my birds make and luckily the neighbors don't either. (the free eggs I give them certainly must help)

*sigh* Sad facts for me then.
My neighbors will never tolerate that, bah...I guess I'm not getting them.
