Milk bulk tank

I have a 500 gallon milk bulk tank that I will never use. It was part of a small dairy farm. I am wondering if, with the growing popularity of small and hobby farms, this is an item that people might be interested in. I have no idea how much to ask, so if anyone is interested, throw out an offer. I would also appreciate any ideas on what to ask and how best to market this to an audience that could use it.

a pic would be nice, if it is what I think it is. Around here we paint on it and use it as decoration in the house. I think we got ours for $50 in an auction. And what state your in could help too. Thanks

I think we might be talking about different things. This thing is huge, bigger than a refridgerator. Thank you for the suggestion about providing a picture, that's a good idea. I tried to add my state to my profile too, so that might help!

You might want to try the herd pages. I know there are some dairy goat people on here that might be able to point you in the right direction. Of course with the tank capacity you probably want a dairy COW person's opinion.

Around here, some bait shops use them to keep minnows in. They also use them for making maple syrup. Being as you are in Wisconsin, you should contact some bait dealers.
