Milk the Muscovy! UPDATE IN POST ONE!!

Jordan, it was way cool meeting you and all the gang today. My gosh, that is one adorable duck and with such a great personality. I would probably have him sleeping in my bed with me with the dog.

He really does look like quite the sweet guy. You guys were lucky to find each other.

It was great meeting you as well! How did the Salmon Favs make it home?? I've already asked if I could bring him in the house, but my parents said no,lol. He has to stay in the garage tonight with the pet mice, poor little guy. Im very happy I found him, hopefully Sadie will love him too!

They sat in Caity and Austin's lap the whole way and loved it. They drank water and ate our bread from our sandwichs. They were pretty mellow over all. A little panting from being stressed, but the minute we got home they were right as rain. Eating, drinking, pooping, making us fall in love with them. I am now looking for SF eggs, cuz I would sure love some more of them!!! They are truly a really great breed. Cute and sweet and docile. What more could you ask for.... and the roos.... Oh la la.....

How could Sadie not love him???? If she has any problems just give her my number and I will straighten her out

That's great! Milk sat next to me, but he had to stay in his box, my parents didnt want runny duck poop on the seat,lol. Im glad they made it home ok! And atleast one is laying, that's a major bonus! I've never owned any, but I've always heard great things about them. The roos are really beautiful. The Blue Salmon Fav bantam roo they had there today was amazing.

Well, the other ducks hate her and are mean to her, so they are leaving (sold 10 today! only 3 left) and Milk is moving in! She used to have a best friend, a Black Sex-link hen, but on the 1st, my cousin's dog killed her. So Sadie has been lonely for the past 11 days. Hopefully Milk will change that!

Muscoveys are my favorite ducks. I have 6 of them now and love em dont have the barred yet tho really handsome fellow you have!

Thanks! I only have 2 at the moment, but I see a couple more in my future. I've always wanted a Barred, but couldnt find anyone with them, Im really glad I found him. Now Im on the search for a Blue Pied or a Blue and a Chocolate Pied.

THAT'S a cute duck. Very handsome, and he does look like he's smiling....maybe he's happy to have a nice new home and owner!

My Dad had one when he was a kid, won it as a prize meant for dinner (during the depression) but he kept it as a pet.
