Milky droppings sick chick

I have a 5 month old chick she was fine just this morning fully active but in the noone I noticed she's having trouble walk sitting on her knees, she's eating, drinking and can walk but when she's left alone she would just sit down with legs in-front
Here's a fresh picture of her droppings

I let them free range all day and no other symptoms

What do you feed, including treats?

Have you treated for worms and/or Coccidiosis?

Do you have an antibiotic on hand?

If vet care is an option, that's always best.

I've been out of feed so been giving them some boiled burgl wheat until I get some feed, no treats
I had them on toltrazuril yesterday for coccidia

Thenchick is on antibiotics+vitamins also gave her boiled quail egg for a boost

Could be the leg issues are due to nutritional deficiency.
When you can, try to get some feed. In the meantime, giving the egg is good. If you have some canned fish like sardines, mackerel or tuna, you can give a little of that daily to help with protein.

Yep I'm getting them feed it arrives hopefully tomorrow, here's the antibiotics I'm giving

I just offered her another quail egg in the morning she's not eating yet there's no other symptoms just sitting down same position, i checked the eyes, under wings i see nothing, crop is empty and there's lots of droppings in the cage which has less white stuff

How is she, is she getting better since you began medication?

Nope just checked this morning she's declining bad, she's on her side very weak

This morning she's a whole lot worse that yesterday can't walk sleeping on her side she looks like about to die, I got her these Vitamins dosed her using a syringe I did 4x the recommended dose

Poop is white and green could this be salmonella?

It's a sad day, she's gone, she was my favorite, was a hard task to cut her open but for the sake of protecting the others I had to

I didn't notice anything strange other than the lungs it seems they have holes? I don't know if that's normal, please let me know what you think, I couldn't figure why it died even after autopsy

She was kicking and flapping her wings before she died if that helps with anything
