Milky droppings sick chick

I
It's certainly possible, those droppings are definitely concerning. Without testing, no way to be sure other than to try to treat and see if it helps. There are multiple antibiotics listed for use for clostridium, so if you don't see results with the Flagyl, you may need to try another.

I had the chick that died on oxytetracycline but it died anyways, also all of these chicks were on oxytetracycline about 3 weeks ago seems, I guess i should try a different antibiotic? It's impossible to do any testing sadly we don't have that here

Bacitracin, lincomycin, and virginiamycin are among others that are also sometimes used. Maybe the flagyl will help, fingers crossed.
I've been giving her Flagyl and oxytetracycline every 8~ hours she seems stabilized, I visited the Vet today and got this Anti toxins instead of Flagyl said I should give it to my entire flock and said to keep on using Oxy, will keep posting updates about her, thank you

She's doing slightly better today, she doesn't look as exhausted as the past 2 days and when I bring food she tries to jump out the cage, she rejected the quail egg today but she's eating chick starter normally, drinking tons of water to the point she throw it all up when I pick her up to clean the cage

I can't figure if I can mix the anti toxin with the antibiotics in the same water? Can I do that?

Think it's day 4 now she's got better overall but feels like she just stopping improving, she's still drinking lots of water and eating, she no longer spend the day sleeping she seem like she wanna get out of the cage, hope I'm able to let her join back the flock soon

Update: She stopped improving, she's not terrible but also not perfectly healthy, she's eating but still drinking lots of water to the point it would throw it up, not sure what to do next seems like meds no longer have any effect

If it was clostridium, and necrotic enteritis, then there could be damage to the digestive tract that may be permanent. It's very hard to know. You can try giving probiotics to help get the good bacteria levels back up (the meds kill off the good as well as the bad), and then see if things improve with time. I would monitor her weight, etc. Make sure she's taking in and digesting enough nutrients. Watch for further signs of illness.
This is a pretty good article that covers it well:

Looking at your necropsy pictures I was unable to see any grit/little stones and the content of the gizzard looked unprocessed.
Do your birds have unlimited access to granite grit or similar for digestion?

With several birds exhibiting similar symptoms and antibiotics not working it would be helpful to send the next one in for a professional necropsy so you will know exactly what you are dealing with.

She had stones in there, they free range so I assume they do get grit

I just got another 3-4 sick chicks and i can't seem to figure what's they dealing with, sadly a professional necropsy isn't available around here
