I have another sick one today same age and I got 3 different droppings out of her, what are these white dots in the first picture? could it be that she has tapeworms?

I see it's similar to this
https://bitchinchickens.com/2019/10/17/tapeworms/

I just recently dewormed using piperazine
She's just sleeping with her head tucked under her wing, she's eating very well but avoiding water, I noticed a little but of bubbles in her left eye this morning but now it's gone
Sorry but there's no way to perform a necropsy at all so trying to figure this out on my own

Were those white things moving at all? Fresh tape proglottids will often be moving. If you suspect tapeworm, then usually praziquantel is the best medication for those. Piperazine will not treat tapeworm, just roundworm. Bubbles in the eye often indicates respiratory infection. Sadly, whatever is going on with them is likely weakening them and leaving them open to all kinds of issues, so you may be dealing with multiple things at once. Without being able to get to the underlying issue, it's kind of chasing your tail, going in circles. I'm so sorry you are having so much trouble.

The white pearly things in the first picture hint strongly to tapeworms. Treat ASAP with praziquantel as the usual medication will not help when treating for tape worms.

Hopefully they will get better soon after getting rid of the tapeworms. During treatment the droppings should be collected daily and discarded far away so the chickens will not accidentally ingest their proglottids again.

I didn't notice any movement, thank you for the helpful information ♥️

I don't think i can get praziquantel in a timely manner probably gonna take few days to a week however I can get access to Worm-EX Link to it here I was told it's effective against tapeworms however I can't seem to figure the active ingredient in it

I haven't been able to find a label for it, saying what it contains. Can you get horse wormers? Some of them contain praziquantel (along with ivermectin) (Equimax and Zimectrin Gold horse paste in the US is most often used). Praziquantel is also used for cats and dogs, so maybe you can find that form. Dose for chickens is 10mg/kg of body weight, dose twice 10-14 days apart.
More dosing info here in post #2:

Hello everyone first of all I wanna thank you all for the helpful information throughout the entire post, it turns out to he tapeworms, this is the medicine I was able to get my hands on, I gave one tablet each to the two sick hens and this morning One of them (the one that was sick first) Pooped tapeworms! i pulled a dead worm from her poop exit, and the other hen (the one that got sick yesterday) although she didn't poop any worms after the segment she pooped yesterday but seems better she's still sleepy a bit but eating and drinking well
The first Hen stopped eating tho I assume she'll need some time and meds to recover from the damage done by tapeworms any suggestions on that?
Once again thank you for your help and hope this post helps others in the future

Picture of the medicine used to kill the tapeworms below (that's what I had available)

The first hen (the one who pooped long dead worms today) is looking terrible think she might die I was probably too late

I cannot find information that says either of those medications are effective for tapeworm, I do hope your birds improve. But I would try to get something with praziquantel in it for future use. Tapeworm requires a secondary host, which the bird ingests to become infected (snails, slugs, cockroaches, earthworms, etc). If you have the host in your environment, then you may deal with repeat infections, it would be good to be prepared. Albendazole may be effective on some types of roundworm, but not all of them.
