Mille Cochin Info

I need some help to determine if my chicks are pullets or possible roos? They were hatched jan 23rd so this sunday they will be four weeks old. One is def bigger than the other and has much more feathering on the feet but i dont see any red on the comb on either chick. I do see a little red waddles on the bigger chick but i dont know if thats because its a bit more advanced or maybe showing signs of being a roo. Tell me all what you think also of there type and coloration. I am aiming for some very nice millie fluer pattern chicks for this year. Here are my pictures, I took some inside and then went to the sunroom for some natural light.

He actually throws a lot of Columbian looking kids but he reminds me of a Mottled with yellow leakage.
Below is one of his sons.

This is a roo from a Mottled with leakage and MF/buff Columbian hen. You have probably seen him before....Schmoozle.

And his sister, Speckles.

I am sure it would not hurt anything to use one with leakage. But I am not an expert.

My first baby from Nadine's eggs hatched today.

Poor little one was somehow not well-under mom and quite chilly (still wet) when I found it, so it is inside under the heat lamp for the night. One more pipped! Tomorrow I will have mom & babies back together in a cage in the coop w/a heat lamp. Will hopefully have pics then.
Nadine, it's a Bantyman baby (all 3 that developed were Bman's) and is very dark (black?) with white face markings and belly. I saw that Bantyman was in with some MF/Mottled girls w/not much white, do you have any of those babies' pics for comparison??? Just curious what they look like as they age. Not that it matters, I enjoy them much more when they look like individuals.

How old was the roo in the picture you have posted?

He was hatched 1/11/11 and the second picture was taken 2/12/11 so his was 4 weeks old. So far he is the only of 8 chicks that has such a comb and wattle.
