Thanks, Jeremy, she has a lot more white on her now. This was taken last summer. She has really developed out better but I do not have a recent photo of her. Her cushion is better and she looks more like a basketball now. No more red has shown up, just white, on her feathers.
I actually have about 14 like her. She is the best one so far but the others are colored like she is. They just do not have as good of type as her but they are still maturing, too.

Beautiful.

I have a story for y'all.

I went to my parents house (we live really close) and my dad let it slip that he's been "checking" on my chickens and filling their water and food up if it needed it. Then he said in payment he took a few eggs to eat. That's fine... the coop is an old one on their property so I can deal with him taking a few eggs.

I had been getting about 3 eggs every 4 or 5 days for the past month or so and was impatiently waiting for the rest to lay (I have 3 girls from Lynne and 4 from bantyman). My dad stopped taking eggs after he told me about it (I think he felt bad) and guess how many eggs I've gotten in the last 4 days? 12!!!! Now I know why he felt bad. He hasn't been taking just a 'few' eggs.

Plus, when he was filling the water containers up he broke them both -- they were the $30 kind from TSC.

So, if I had been planning on selling those eggs I think they probably would have sold for around $50 a dozen judging by the current auctions, that means in the last 4 weeks he cost me about $500 between the eggs and the broken waterers.

Especially after I found out my MFC roo, Sammy can't be used for breeding. If we end up with too many roos, I'll have a hard time justifying keeping him.
