The girls are all pleasant, so I was hoping to get a cockerel from Byron that has a good disposition and shape. JJ has a wonderful disposition, but lacks the type I need. I do have a young mottled pullet now, and a mottled rooster that has decent type and a nice disposition. I have options but not many.

Options are better than no options!

Thanks, It is really snowing hard here now so everybody rushed back into the coops!! I hope the snow last until Christmas.

You are so lucky!!! However, my birds hate it, too.

We were supposed to get snow Christmas Eve but now they are saying it is going to be 40 degrees and just rain. Bummer. Oh well, as long as we are safe and warm, I am happy.
