Mille Cochin Info

The more the merrier! Lovely pics of all thr cockerals. Ive not been amazed with any cockerals ive had this year but have kept one or 2 back to grow out. One of my millie hens has suddenly got w twisted comb and she seems to have cropped up in all the cocks she has thrown have one so im not keeping any back!

Yeah on the last one I am so far loving everything but that comb.Except for his comb I like his build the best.I keep going back and forth on him.My husband said to wait and let him grow out before we make a definite decision on him. Neither the hen or rooster had a twisted comb but this fellow is looking like his will. As I said though hubby said it may just be a matter of it growing too fast and still needing to fill out. We shall see. He is one sweet tempered guy though. He is more pet than anything. Weird as it sounds he is arather cuddly type of chicken. He really enjoys being held.

Great! Welcome! Beware, though....you will be seduced by these gorgeous birds! :)

I know!!, I think I may already have been...

Oh boy dose he.
Its funny cause he was so ugly and I tried to sell him off and no one wanted him. So I tossed him back in coop. Well then he started to grow on me and even tho ugly... I leg banded him as a keeper and named him. As he started to feather out. I loved him and was so glad I kept him. Now he's such a keeper and my fag lil man out of all the roos. Lol
