Maybe something like this? She's not perfect, but getting there! She's one of my breeder hens this spring.

If anyone has any mille Fleur Cochin eggs for trade, please PM me & let me know. I'd like to add some new blood to my little flock & I need to continue to work on type & color...

As far as the trade, I'm looking to better my own stock--so any of my other breeds that are laying, I'd be willing to do a trade for...

Thanks!

shes better than most ive seen on eggbid, i need to look up the millie fluer standard, i am picking up some millie cochin project eggs this weekend, so i will need to know what to breed toward. what do you use to improve type once you have the color without ruining the color?

And just cause – they both had been on the hammock when I went for the camera. It is not unusual to nap on the hammock and wake up to birds relaxing with you.

I am so excited for them to fill out – not too excited – I do not want them to grow up too fast.

Whenever possible, you should breed for type first, then color. Once you lose type, you've taken a giant step backward. IMHO.
