Okay sweet! I won’t be super surprised if one’s a late bloomer but I do think I have at least one hen for sure. The one rooster is already very obvious tho haha@Katieskerlong my own MFd’U cockerels combs pink-up a lot earlier than the pullets (approximately 3 weeks). The pullets combs change color when they’re close to laying. It looks to me, like one cockerel (unless you have one late to develop). Very cute chicks.![]()
Would love to see more photos as they mature.Okay sweet! I won’t be super surprised if one’s a late bloomer but I do think I have at least one hen for sure. The one rooster is already very obvious tho haha
They remind me of the 3 I had in 2004.

Can’t believe that was 21 years ago…seemed like only a couple of years
I hope you do! Mine are Mille Fleur. I’ve never had any Porcelains. If you ever raise them again, please post photos! My friend kept the girls and named them Merry and Pippin. The cockerel a lady and her mom picked him up. The porcelain ones I’ve had were a bit skittish. I should try Mille fleurs again one day.
Of course I don’t mind. Yes, please tag me!Absolutely! I’ll tag you in it if you don’t mind. I don’t normally tag people because someone removed their tag on another social media site but thought I’d ask since you suggested the photos so it’d be easier for you to find them![]()
