If i understand what I have read so far, breeding a standard red/black rooster with a plymouth barred rock hen will produce black sexlink chicks. My question is, will breeding a Mille Fleur D'Uccle bantam rooster with a standard plymouth barred rock hen also produce black sexlink chicks? If so, would i still be able to distinguish the hens and roosters the same way (solid black head = hen; light spot on head = rooster)?
My second question is the same equation above except instead of a plymouth barred rock hen, using a rhode island red hen.
To pull it all together, my flock consists of 1 Mille Fleur D'Uccle bantam rooster, 1 standard plymouth barred rock hen and 2 standard rhode island red hens.
