The problem I see with breeding her to quail is that she already has a lot of quail coloring going on, so breeding her to a quail would result in some more quail than mille fleur looking babies... It'd be really really hard and take a loooot culling to get the quail pattern out of those feathers. I found this on the d'Anver club breeder listing, this may be your only hope to get more mille fleur d'Anvers. If he has no mille fleur's, the Ginger Reds are your only other option that would help you with coloring:
