Millie flier question?

I was wondering how does a 4 week old Millie fluer d'uccle bantam looks? Also how to determine what gender they are? Our feed store got more chicks and they have 20 4 week old Millie fluer d'uccles for 5$ I'm thinking of getting 3 hoping there pullets since we need more for our roosters!
