Million $$ questions...what breed and sex??

Bought both of these chicks on 4/16 and all the TSC could tell me was that they were bantams. There is a noticeable size difference between the two now. The black and gold has grey legs with a rose comb and almost gold laced wing feathers coming in. The other is all black with white wing tips, straight comb, and yellow legs.

I'm not sure what the black one is, but the first one is a golden sebright.

Maybe a black Japanese bantam?? Closest thing I could find to my little black and white one.

Golden Sebright looking like a hen.
Is the comb still flat and mostly black or gray or is it raised and tan/pink? Can't really tell from the photo where the beak ends and the comb begins.

The other looks just like my little Black Japanese bantam, little nubby legs and all.

oh and it looks like it poofed up a little too.
