Hello Chickadees,
We have had our chickens for almost a year now since they were babies and come to find out every single one (9) of them are all hens we were able to get a rooster today and I am still trying to figure out what kind of rooster he is. If anyone knows it will be greatly appreciated?!

splash is a color you can get from a blue chicken

Is there light brown by his wings or is it just the picture? If he does have brown in his plumage, then probably some type of mix.

Looks like a mixed breed. Maybe some kind of red sex link.
I can't tell if its splash or one copy of dominate white.

I meant that body type of bird. I'm more into the lithe builds like leghorns. Nothing shaped like the bird in question

He looks dominant white or a "paint" rather than splash to me personally. He's also a mix and for a bird to wind up splash, it'd need a copy of the blue gene from both parents which seems unlikely given that he is a mix. He seems to be white rather than a very light grey and his dark splotches look pure black to me
