It translates to Stern, or Severe. The name also shows Seriousness, & Strength.

Severus's weight is 4lbs,14½oz. He felt alot heavier then that, but he seems heavy/big boned like an Aseel. At largest he may make it to alittle over 6lbs, which is okay.
