Mini coop

We bought a little coop from tractor supply to put our baby silkies in. We have moved them up to the big coop with the older ladies. I have one tiny silkie who did not do well up in the big coop. Has anyone ever winterized a small coop? It’s not insulated, and we are worried it will be too cold into the little coop for them

What state or country do you live in?

That's pretty small but is so cute for a temp pen or grow-out pen. You could just get them a Cozy Coop panel heater. Those are extremely safe and don't get hot but get warm should they want to lean up against it or sit near it.
