Mini ducks feet falling off

My mini ducks feet are falling off after cold spell. It is only him but they were all hardheaded. They had shelter from snow and they are well cared for. It is happening over weeks after the damage and want to know when it will stop. Any ideas on how to help him can I leave him in the run with other ducks or will he need to be a house duck?

This is his feet. I even oiled them when I first seen it was damaged and dry. He seems happy and swims with the rest and still eats.

He's going to lose all the crispy toes. He got Frost bite. He can likely live fine outside with two toes on either foot.
